Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

International Shipping

We currently do / do not ship internationally

If international shipping is available, shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by them. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly.
